Vegan Tofu Bread
Ingredients
- 100 g smoked tofu
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp Hummus
Instructions
- Slice the smoked tofu and coat it with the dark soy sauce.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer at the highest setting for 7 minutes, or pan-fry the tofu until crispy.
- For more crispiness, you can also toast the bread.
- Spread the bread with hummus and place the tofu slices on top.
- For some heat, you can optionally drizzle sriracha on top.
