Vegan Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
- 280 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp soy milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 140 g vegan butter cold
Filling
- 800 g soy skyr
- 400 g cashew yoghurt or soy yoghurt
- 65 g corn starch
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 pinch kala Namak
- 80 g vegan butter soft
- 129 g sugar
- 1 lemon juice and zest optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven for 180°C/360°F
Crust
- Combine all ingredients
- Crease a cake pan and spread the dough
Filling
- Mix all ingredients smoothly
- Fill it in the cake pan
- Bake for 50-60 minutes
