vegan high-protein Porridge

Ingredients

  • 50 g grounded oats
  • 25 g protein powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder optional
  • 1 tsp ground hazelnuts optional
  • 250 ml soy milk
  • sweetness of your choice

Instructions

  • Mix ground oats, unsweetened soy protein powder, cocoa powder (if using), and nuts (if using) in a saucepan.Stir in enough unsweetened soy milk to achieve desired consistency.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.Reduce heat to low and let it simmer until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the porridge thickens, remove from heat.Top with frozen berries and a dollop of nut butter.Let the warmth of the porridge thaw the berries, or microwave them separately if preferred.
